Thank you for shopping with Griva Scents. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted solid wax perfumes in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time. We deliver across all major Indian cities and states.
In rare cases, if your location is non-serviceable by our delivery partner, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded within 4–5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, the final delivery time depends on the delivery partner selected by the customer during checkout.
We offer our customers the option to choose their preferred delivery partner at checkout for added convenience.
Delivery Partners
We ship all orders via Shiprocket and its associated courier network to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499: Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery partner.
- Orders of ₹499 or more: Free shipping is automatically applied.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most serviceable PIN codes in India.
Note: Prepaid orders may benefit from lower delivery charges, depending on the selected courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will share the tracking ID with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can use this ID to track your shipment in real-time.
Express or Urgent Delivery
If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or call before or immediately after placing the order. We will try to accommodate your request with express shipping, subject to availability.
Delivery Days
We primarily dispatch and deliver orders on business working days (Monday–Saturday). Occasionally, deliveries may happen on Sundays, depending on the courier partner.
Customer Not Available at Delivery
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The courier will attempt a rescheduled delivery.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will initiate a full refund within 4–5 business working days.
