At Griva Scents, we take pride in offering handcrafted, high-quality solid wax perfumes. As we deal in beauty and cosmetic products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Order Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled by default.
- If you wish to cancel your order due to a genuine and valid reason, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via WhatsApp, call, or email.
- Our team will review your request. If the order has not been packed or shipped, and the reason is found genuine, we may approve the cancellation at our discretion.
- Approved cancellations for prepaid orders will be refunded within 4–5 business days to the original payment method.
- Griva Scents reserves the right to deny cancellation if the product has already been shipped or packed.
2) Refund Policy
As per our brand hygiene and quality standards:
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on products once delivered, except in rare cases mentioned below.
- Refunds are only issued in the following conditions:
- Order is canceled by us or approved for cancellation by the customer under valid reasons.
- Product is out of stock after the customer has made a purchase.
- In case of failed transactions or double payments.
- Order is canceled by us or approved for cancellation by the customer under valid reasons.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–5 business days of approval.
3) Exchange Eligibility (No Refunds)
Though we do not offer refunds or returns, we may allow product exchange under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, leaking, or spoiled at the time of delivery.
- You received a wrong fragrance or incorrect item.
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- You must provide an unedited unboxing video as proof. Without it, no exchange will be accepted.
- Once the product is returned and verified by our team, we will send a replacement of the same product or one of equal value. No other substitutions are allowed.
- Exchanges are not allowed for reasons like personal preference, dislike of fragrance, or minor packaging issues.
