1) Business Information
Griva Scents is a handcrafted solid wax perfume brand based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our address is 3rd Floor, No.: 10 – ManMohan Society, Radhe-Krishna Temple Road, Surat, Gujarat – 395010. We operate as a local Indian start-up and are not yet registered under a formal business identity.
We sell our products through our official website, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), and offline upon request.
2) Product Information
Griva Scents specializes in handcrafted solid wax perfumes. Our perfumes are made in-house in our own manufacturing lab and are pre-manufactured and stocked. We continually manufacture fresh stock to ensure product freshness.
3) Order Process
Orders can be placed via our website (grivascents.in) by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and completing payment through various options. Orders can also be placed through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. However, under genuine circumstances, customers may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. If approved, prepaid payments will be refunded within 4–5 business days.
4) Pricing & Payments
Currently, our prices do not include taxes as we are a small-scale start-up. Delivery partner fees may include applicable taxes. We accept payments via Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
We offer both prepaid and COD options for all orders. Prepaid orders may receive lower shipping charges.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery partner and chosen service.
We currently ship only within India. If a customer’s location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund within 4-5 business days.
Shipping is free for orders of ₹499 or above. Orders below ₹499 will incur shipping charges based on the customer’s location and delivery partner selection.
6) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except under the following conditions:
- Damaged or broken containers
- Leakage or spoiled products
- Wrong fragrance product received
In such cases, customers must contact us and send back the product. After verification, we will approve an only exchange (Not Returns, Not Refunds Because Our Product Not Returnable and Not Refundable) of the same or equivalent value product. No refunds will be issued.
7) User Responsibilities
Users may create accounts, and the data provided will be used solely for order processing, delivery, and marketing (with consent). We do not sell customer data.
Users are prohibited from copying, misusing, or reselling our content, brand assets, or products. Any misuse may result in legal action.
8) Intellectual Property
All content, product images, designs, logos, and the brand name Griva Scents are the intellectual property of Griva Scents. Reuse or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
9) Limitation of Liability
Griva Scents does not guarantee or certify the effectiveness or longevity of fragrance. We ensure quality by using genuine ingredients and natural beeswax, but actual performance may vary.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party delivery services. However, we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.
10) Product Usage Guidelines
Do not apply our solid wax perfumes on any injuries, damaged skin, or private body parts. Although our products are made using natural ingredients, rare allergic reactions may occur in sensitive individuals. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and avoid applying on the affected area.

11) Product Details & Disclosure
Griva Scents is a handcrafted solid perfume brand based in India, proudly representing the Vocal for Local spirit. All our products are lovingly made in small batches at home, using natural ingredients such as natural beeswax, fractionated coconut oil, premium fragrance oils, and a few secret components that enhance the long-lasting effect of our perfumes.
Our product is officially called Solid Perfume, also commonly known as Wax Perfume or Solid Wax Perfume in the market. Every unit is approximately 10 grams in net weight, and the product price listed on our website is final (inclusive of all applicable charges). Any future discounts or promotional offers will be communicated through our official channels, website, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or advertisements.
We manufacture our perfumes on an ongoing basis to ensure freshness. Therefore, we do not print a manufacturing date on the product label, all our products are considered freshly made. However, we recommend using the product within 12 months from the date of purchase for the best experience.
